January 5/09

Today was our first class since the Christmas break. Today we started with Mental Math like we always. After that I was in a group that went with Mr. Maksymchuk so he could show us how to do an assignment. The assignment deals with recreating graphs from bouncing sound off a flat surface. I think that the rest of the class worked on Accelerated Math while I was learning about the assignment. The assignment is due on January 26 along with the rest of our Accelerated Math.

Nov. 10/08

Today in Math we had a substitute teacher. We were given two assignments to work on.The first was 4 new joke sheets that are due by the end of the day. The second assignment was to have all of trigonometry done in accelerated math in a week or so. So for the whole class we worked on getting those things done.

Sept. 30/08

Today in Math Class we started class with Mental Math. There was one question on there that had everyone tricked which was, How many months have 28 days? The answer was 12. Then Mr. Maksymchuk taught us some more things on our graphing calculator. The notes we took on this are at the top. Finally, we all did our Accelerated Math. I thought I would also mention that we have a test tomorrow. The test has nothing to do with math. We are being tested on how well we behave with the substitute teacher. Mr. Maksymchuk wants us to follow all of the classroom policies and be nicer to the sub then we were the last time.
